Really enjoyed my meal here. The combo service offers a great selection of meats and veggies at a fair price. Service was top-notch—refills came quickly. The restaurant is clean and brightly lit, which is a huge plus for a hotpot place.

Food was delicious, portions were large, which was great. The atmosphere was amazing as well. Service was top notch, and our server, Ethan, was very kind and helpful, especially because it was our first time here. I would love to come again and would recommend!

Delicious delicious hotpot in the center of downtown! This restaurant looks small from the outside, but it is huge inside with so many tables. I definitely recommend making a reservation beforehand, and you can come after 9:30 PM on Fridays and Saturdays for 31% off all items! Qiao Lin has a huge variety of ingredients to choose from to have the ultimate eating experience. We tried the Chongqing spicy broth and the tomato broth along with mountains of protein, veggies, and more. Everything tasted fresh, and, of course, you have access to a sauce bar to customize your food to your liking. Hotpot is always such a fun experience, and this spot is definitely one of the best you can find in Chicago!

Tiffany is our server and being extremely helpful and patient! She recommended very accurate amounts we should order and I’m so lucky that I trusted her instead of my guts. The food overall is great, the goose intensities are not recommended.

We’ve visited other locations in Boston and Seattle, and this Chicago location is by far the best one. The interior feels very fancy and has a more luxurious vibe, even though the space itself is slightly smaller compared to some of the other locations. Compared to other spots in Chicago, this one definitely feels more upscale and high-end. Because it’s located downtown, it can feel a bit more crowded, especially during peak hours. That said, the seating areas are actually more spacious, so while the overall space feels busy, the seating itself is comfortable and well arranged. The menu is pretty consistent with other locations, but the self-serving bar stands out more here. The dishes are similar, but the presentation and setup look more polished and elevated, which makes the overall experience feel higher quality. The service is great as always — attentive and consistent with what we’ve experienced at other locations. Overall, it was a very enjoyable experience. Just a heads-up that it gets quite busy on weekend evenings, so I would recommend making a reservation in advance. 😊
